Over five transformative weeks, you’ll be guided to:

• Develop your Drag King persona — name, vibe, backstory, costume, makeup

• Learn a group routine that brings your King to life on stage

• Perform live in front of a cheering, affirming audience

• Experience what it’s like to be powerful, sexy, and fully you

You don’t need performance experience. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need that spark of curiosity — and a willingness to say yes to yourself.

This is your moment to take the stage — in drag, in community, and in full self-expression.

You’ll go from:

• “I have no idea what I’m doing” → “I nailed that routine in full King realness.”

• “I’m nervous to take up space” → “I feel seen, celebrated, and damn sexy.”

You’ll be supported by the Kings of Joy team — a crew of coaches, choreographers, and past Kings who’ve helped over 147 first-time Drag Kings take the stage since 2020.

Together, we’ve created an accessible, non-judgmental, joy-filled space where drag meets personal liberation.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through:

• Developing your Drag King persona

• Exploring your masculine expression

• Learning a group routine

• And performing live in front of a cheering crowd

You’ll laugh. You might cry.

You’ll strut. You’ll transform.

And when you hit that stage?

You’ll remember who you really are.
